We want you to feel confident ordering from Banner Valor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request assistance with an eligible return, replacement, or refund.
How to Request Help
Email support@bannervalor.com and include:
• Your order number
• The reason for your request
• Photos if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not mail an item back before contacting us. We will review your request and provide instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund for an approved claim.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, the item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Items damaged through misuse, improper care, severe weather exposure, or normal wear are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To request a different size or product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to approval and product availability.
Return Shipping
If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Banner Valor will provide instructions for resolving the issue.
For returns based on personal preference or an incorrectly selected size, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing your request or receiving an authorized return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order enters processing.
